Reliance Digital — regarding laptop purchase - microsoft surface book 2 | |
I ordered a laptop microsoft surface book 2 a week back. It was said that i would get it in 3-4 days but reached the shop after a week, the customer service is really bad and irresponsible salesman. Had to travel 4 hours to reach the shop and made me wait for the whole day and the laptop arrived next day so i had to come again. Laptop costed nearly 2 lakhs but not even a bag was given. Really bad and disappointing. I would not suggest reliance to anyone and not purchasing from there again. Was this information helpful? | |

I bought galaxy j7 pro 6 months ago then suddenly 2 days ago it's display stopped working when I went to claim for the insurance for which reliance digital takes 2000 rupees but now they are saying that it won't come under insurance then why the hell are we giving extra money for insurance it seems it's totally waste of money
