Dear team i have purchase one led tv in reliance degitel store (Pvr mall) ghaziabad. And last one months my led tv mother bord not working and i have last 2 weeks before complaint lock in reliance customer care. But no any response in customer care and no any guy visit in home so please i request you please closed my problem urgent basis. We submitted a complaint on 3rd July 2019 of our reliance led tv. my request no. is [protected]. Your engineer visited on 6th of July 2019 & made a video of the product, but i didn't get any response since then. If I don't get my led repaired then I'

PCB of Hitachi AC got shot. It is under warrantee and it has been 15 days since the complaint was put in. Till date there is no resolution to the problem and now no one is picking up the calls.
Complaint was set on 1st July 19.
