[Resolved] Reliance Digital — resq plan sr. no. 307282: poor service for lg washing machine | |||
Ref complaint no. [protected] dated 28.11.19: Phone response to above breakdown complaint regarding the lg washing machine model fhoh3ndnl02 was only received on 2 december - after repeated phone reminders via[protected]. Matter was earlier brought to attention of duty supervisor mr lalit on 30.11.19 and on 2.12.19 to mr gopi. Finally a person from lg mr amol called on 2.12.19 afternoon and said he would attend to the breakdown only if i agreed to pay for any service costs. Despite being told that item was under resq plan. Mr gopi of customercare was informed about this., totally poor service by reliance despite paying for 4 equipment under resq plans.
