[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Rude and Unprofessional behaviour

Conclusion: Staff including their Manager/AM (Sanjay) are very rude, unhappy and i think they are not interested in selling stuff. Croma people are more professional.

Went to Reliance Digital Xpress Store Today for the 5th time to get JIO SIM (Not worth buying after going through so much of trouble and pain):
WORST EXPERIENCE Reasons Below:
1. No body responds to the calls when i try to get the update over the call.

2. After reaching the store (travelled 5 Kms from one side i.e. 10Kms in total ) got to know that the servers are again down from last 4 days.

3. Went to meet the manager Mr. Sanjay (who lied about his designation, at first he said that he is an Assistant Manager later he said he is the Manager so i was confused). He also didnt gave me his name even after asking multiple times at first, he straight away refused to give me his name, but when i pushed really hard then only i got to know about his name.
4. This so called Manager/Assistant Manager (Sanjay) was very rude to me. when i asked that the servers of Reliance are down from last 4 days? and RELIANCE such big group is not doing anything to correct it from last 4 Days then "Sanjay" Mocked me in front of other customers laughing made a joke of my question and even laughed about my genuine question. I[censored] are a manager then you should have a proper answer to any question. THIS WAS NOT ONLY SURPRISING BUT ALSO HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

5. now comes the part about why was i at reliance digital. i was there to buy a Jio Dongle. first the staff told me that the dongle is not available. then i said that 2 days back person told me that it will be available by today, that guy went inside and got me the dongle (Its funny because first they denied then they got it out of clouds) funny.

6. when i protested that the dongle comes with a sim card with it. they said that i have get the sim from the the jio guy. then the manager also distant himself from the jio person (i thought both were from reliance) NO Co-ordination among themselves.

7. I thought all of the staff should be in a reliance ditital tshirts. i might be wrong but he (sanjay) was in plain clothes.
