Dear Team, This mail is regarding that i gave the complaint last week for my Samsung refrigerator for customer care as well as i visited to Relince digital store kukatpally after that i got a call from Benarji Reliance Services centre from Attapur and he told me he will come in the evening but till now he didn't visit my home and I got msg that my complaint has been completed. I'm not understand how its possible to get the msg work is completed when nobody visit last since one week. Really i have to appreciate you people. How you are mainting customer relationships i can understand & how pathetic services you are providing to customers. I'm definitely recommend to people not buy anything from Reliance Digital Store because product is good but service is pathetic - worst.
