Reliance Digital — service issue of the panasonic ac through resq | |
I have booked the complaint for my 2 split ac's (Ie.1 tr. Lg split ac & 1.5 tr. Panasonic split ac) for the cooling issue on 12th june 2020, on 13th june 2020, technician arrived at my place for that complaint. Technician find out the issue of leakage in gas in both my ac's through which he topped up gas in my lg machine and for panasonic he told me that it won't happen here. It needs to be done at their place for that it need to be take down both unit indoors well as outdoor of my panasonic machine. But it's been more than 2 weeks now, but nobody turns up at my place. I am tired calling customer care for that. I have called customer care for more than 5 times for the same issue but still the issue not resolved and technician not arrived. Regards, Sandesh patil.
