Reliance Digital — sony 4k television | |||
I am a dis-satisfied customer for having purchased sony bravia 4k tv worth 1.35 lakhs but unable to get the demo of the same till date in-spite of several requests made to the reliance digital stores manager mr. Raghavendra and staff mr. Shashi. The tv was purchased during diwali festival of year 2016. I have personally been several times to the stores at mantri mall bengaluru, karnataka, india but of no use. I had not expected such kind of service from reliance digital, i would like to know whether do you have any control over the service being provided for the products sold by you.
