[Resolved] Reliance Digital — symphony diet 50 ltr cooler exchange | |||
Hi, I have purchase symphony diet 50 ltr cooler from reliance digital store at meerut as on 24.06.2018.. But now i want exchange this product & take a other product like cooler. I m also deposit my symphony diet 50 ltr cooler at store as on 26.06.2018 take deposit receipt. & store staff say to me give us two day for exchange.. But now after two days they are refuse to exchange... I am not satisfied with symphony diet 50 lt so pls exchange my product.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance digital shopprix mall is one of worst digital store in matter of cx service and product... I have purchase a 1 ton ac of reconnect on 27 June 2018 from reliance digital it is delivered damage to me and even the ac is not been installed up till now... And the manger who is assigned for the job he is more worst in term of cx service and all... Now its a high time for me...
I will also share all the information on social media so that no one ever purchase any product from reliance because they have one of the worst cx service and mangers...

Have paid recharge amount of 1499 rs for yearly package . request you to take immediate action and refund the amount asap. i have already raised a complaint in the consumer court about the Company reputation.
