Reliance Digital Tv — Poor customer service in the world | |||||
Hi bigtv, S. Sarathchandar Smart card no :[protected] Mob :[protected] I have been with relationship with reliance big tv for more than 5 years last feb my setup box is suddently stopped working, i lodged a complaint a technician came and replaced the box with 500rs of charge, 400 rs for smartcard and remote for 300 (Total amount paid = 1200). Again by apr 25th the setup box stopped working, lodged complaint again in customer care, here is my night mare starts 1. Technician called and asked me 700 rs for box replacement, informed that the box is covered under warranty (The bill provided by the technician clearly says 6 months warranty) 2. Called customer care after multiple followups (More than 6 times) technician came and replaced the box 3. Amount of rs.500 has debited and my account is suspended 4. Called multiple times to customer everybody will say amount will be refunded and account will be resumed but nothing will happen 5. A higher official spoke to me told the same 7. Suddenly last customer spokesperson yasodha told me that if you are not interested with big tv you can keep the setup box aside and go for another connection, we cannot refund the amount because the box is not in the warranty! (God sake in bill it clearly says box is in 6 months warranty and till then all the customer care persons and the floor supervisor also told that box is under warranty, but finally yasodha found out something and told to me keep the box aside) 8. Last complaint no received :[protected] Previous complaints no :[protected],[protected],[protected] I have in touch base in all over the customer care in the world, so far reliance big tv is the worst customer care in the world. I got a call from Big tv yesterday also received the service request no, Hopefully this is the 5th complaint no and everybody wants the same 72 hrs TAT.
Yesterday the technician told that the issue will be resolved in 72 hours but i last hope because the same answer i got from several customer care exe and floor managers from customer care.

There has been no calls or Updates from anybody still your field team is working on this concern. It has been a great customer support from customer care of reliance digital tv where the wrong deduction is getting investigated for more than 15 days (4 customer care exe and field team).
I decided to throw away this reliance digital tv in dustbin, where you people need atleast few more months to resolve this issue, i am tired of waiting and keep calling the customer care. Lets end this. I am going for another connection where i dont want any great customer support atleast they will support their customers.
My Humble request to customer whoever reading this review please dont buy Reliance digital TV or Big tv, because this guys doesnt know how to support customers and they only need money eventhough the mistake is theirs.
