Reliance Digital — unprofessional staff at reliance digital vashi

In 2015 we have had similar experience dealing with ac technicians, and this time (2019) this is even worse (Despite of we highlighting our previous experience at vashi reliance digital store)

1. On friday (10 may) we bought ac

2.ac delivered on 11 may (Saturday)

3. One person called nagendra called me to check on the drilling, i mentioned to him that there may be a need for 'core cutting' as its hard wall.

4. Nagendra mentioned to me that in that case someone should do the 'core cutting' as he said he doesn't have anyone with him and it is not his work. When i told him that reliance has mentioned to us about core cutting charges and they need to arrange for the same, he suggested us to contact reliance.

5. Samar khan ([protected]) called me and asked me if nagendra visited the flat to check if the drilling is possible, when i said no, he said he would come and he visited the flat at 4pm on saturday (11 may) and said he would bring someone and install the ac at 7pm.

6. No response from him until 8:30pm, hence i called him if he is coming, he said he is coming and came at 8:45 and made a hole in the wall and said there is beam, hence core cutting needs to be done.

7. Samar khan mentioned that it is late now, but tomorrow (Sunday 12th may) he would arrange to send person for 'core cutting' and i specifically told him to mention the time of their coming, so that we can plan other work accordingly.

8. Today (12 may, sunday) i sent him message in the morning at 6:35am stating the core cutting needs to be done and the ac to be installed together at 10am approx. I tried calling samar khan whose mobile was switched off.

9. Between 8am until 11am i tried calling him at least 50 times but each time his mobile was switched off.

10. Corecutting person called me to ask my address and i gave him the address. He said he is coming from thane and shall reach within 10-15 minutes. I sent him the address and also explained him the direction

11. Samar khan called me at 11:35am and i told him about core cutting guy's coming, asked him to come or send engineer to install the ac. He said within 15 minutes he would send the boy.

12. No news until 12, then i called core cutting person, he says the auto came late, second time he says he had other work also, finally said he is coming.

13. When i called samar khan he said the boy will leave now and in ten minutes he will reach office and he will come. (Meaning he had not even started work until then). When i specifically asked him what time his boy is coming, he said by 12:45pm and he came with someone at 12:50pm but core cutting person still not come yet.

14. I had highlighted this at the sales office in reliance digital, where we were promised this will not repeat again but unfortunately there is noone who can understand our concerns. The sales guy wahid shaik ([protected]) says its not his problem, but asked me to write email or call store. Disgusting to hear this from him - no sense of responsibility in him.

15. Is this why customer needs to come to reliance digital? What kind of accountability they have? Why do they not value customer's time? Why they tell different stories each time? Who is accountable for this? Why such arrogance with reliance staff? (From top to bottom)

Previous ac issues:

1. The ac has service guarantee for 5 years, and the compressor was replaced last year. But this year there was leakage and the gas was refilled and the engineer asked to observe for 3 days if the leakage still exists or not.

2. After 3 days we highlighted this to resque team, the arrogant two guys came and pretended to be checking, said few points reduced, but outside temperature is hot, so there is no cooling. Usually our electricity bill comes 800, this month its 4000. And absolutely left us in helpless situation. What is the use we paying the maintenance and not getting proper service?

Further to the agony, despite of me requesting the engineer to do the work nicely, see what he has done.

1. The core cutting hole hasn't been covered - yesterday lizards (Chikpali) had come through this hole.
2. See the sloppy and hopeless work done by your team - the tape color. He doesnt have white tapes to cover the wires/pipes.
3. He has covered with the packing thermocol for covering the wires. Is this the standards reliance following? Shall i post these on my blogs?

Adding to this, the issue of gas leakage for our previously installed lg ac has not been resolved yet. The guys from resq were too arrogant and within 2 minutes they concluded saying the outside temperature is hot, hence no cooling and they vanished. This is now what customers like to see 'customer support' from resq.
