[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Utterly dissatisfaction of installation of 55 inches tv and samsung sound bar | |||||
Please find the grievance notification reference #[protected] against my concerned highlighted below. Hope the concern is taking on highest priority to resolve on priority. Yesterday we got several calls from the person who came to install my Reconnect 55 inches TV and Samsung BAR as being appointed to attend the call where as I have categorically asked to to send the same technician who did the mistake or who is fully responsible of my points concerns stated below. 1. Need a competent technicians with a support staff to handle such a big and heavy TV. 2. Need a competent technicians who know in & out of the connections so that TV can be viewed with TV sound itself without depending of Music system / BAR. OR 3. Music BAR can connected to get a better sound while watching fevourate movies on TV. 4. Need a replacement with a fresh TV as the scratches visible on the left side of the TV which surely damaged LED monitor however I know there is warranty against the TV purchased but why should I take a damaged/scretched items whose life span gone down. Heart / brain of the LED is the monitor part which was pressed hard and scratched. 5. Jumbles of cable back side which is visible clearly/ joint of TV & BAR power to be separated as this make a nasty feeling my well interriored Drawing Room. Please take necessary action to replace the TV and make the connection proper with BAR. Give me Escalation matrix of service support of Reliance Digital to being into to top officials notice so that henceforth none other customer’s having such harassments & nuiscence investing huge time and money.
