[Resolved] Reliance Digital — washing machine fixing | |||||
I have bought the samsung 7kg washing machine. Where i was told that all the fixing is done by the technician coming at ur door step. The technician who came to fix it left the machine unfixed as he don't do fixing. And now left the machine to be fixed on my risk. Now they left the product at my risk. Which lefts the company at a bad service mark by changing the words. Customers need to carry a recording devices while purchasing the products. Which is insane and humiliating.
