[Resolved] Reliance Digital — washing machine motor | |||
I had raised complaint regarding my machine is not working, on visit of engineer on 22 july it was found motor is faulty needs replacement and till date reliance is sitting on the complaint and i do not find positive response from reliance customer care. Every time i call cc i just get response we are following with samsung but part is not available.. Even your service manager are helpless to resolve customer issue and not have courtesy to give a call back. Abhilash shinde just spoke what type of service person is she & earlier to her i spoke to other lady she disconnected call stating she cannot listen and disconnected the call & rest other who are there for customer support. Truly a bad experience & service manager as i said how they are committed to customer.. Can i have complaint number raised to samsung which is of 10 digit starting with 42*..
