[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Whirlpool refrigerator | |||||
My whirlpool refrigerator, is under warranty and the compressor is not working.. I have lodged a complaint on 04 april with reliance customer care and so far no one has looked into the complaint.. They are trying to play around the warranty terms & conditions.. This product comes with a 05 year warranty. Now they say they will repair the compressor and i have to pay for the repairs.. Everyone is talking on phone and no one is visiting the my house to provide a resolution.. Appreciate if some one responsible in the organisation sees this message and act with speed to clear my problem.. The sales team is after you till we buy the product, and once we buy the product, we are running behind the company to install or repair the machine.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
