[Resolved] Reliance Digital — worst customer service by reliance digital bhimavaram (a.p) | |||
I purchased Pureit UvRo water purifier one year back and I have taken Reliance Extended warranty for 2 years.14 Days back (Aug 1st) my water purifier stopped working and I called Reliance Digital Bhimavaram ([protected]) and registered complaint about my issue, the person who took my complaint said that he will sent a technician over and if any part was damaged it will be replaced under warranty in "3-4Days".The technician came to my house on Aug 2nd to check the product.He said a part Gkk1 was damaged, the part order "3-4Days".I waited for '7 Days' the issue was not resolved I didn't get any call or text from the service team regarding the delay.On 8th Day I called the local reliance digital number ([protected]) I enquired about the my complaint they said my product part is on the way and my problem will be resolved by today or tomorrow. I called them straight 4days and I got the same stalling response I even gave them my contact number, Everytime I didn't get any call back from the service team (such a Negligence).3 days back I called again and when I confronted about the delay in my issue resolving the person who talked to me said (in his own words)"I'm not responsible.My job is to take complaint and send technician after that I'm not responsible for the product part delivery or whether the issue is resolved or not.Its the technician's responsibility"he can't even say wether the product's part Order was placed or not !! He didn't know the status of my complaint! But Everytime I called and talked about the part complaint in the 3times they just Lied it will be resolved by today or tomorrow.Again yesterday I called the showroom again (I called them not the other way around) to know the number of the concern person to whom I can talk to about my complaint he gave me a number ([protected]). I've been trying to call that number since yesterday I didn't get any response from that number. I called the Technician .I called the showroom number of times and I called the concern person to enquire about the issue.I called all of them.If I have to call everybody from the Technician to the concern Head of the team what's the point of having Costumer services!! I am a Regular Costumer of Reliance for the past 10 years and I have purchased products worth in lakhs for me personally and for the companies I worked and this is THE WORST experience ever for me.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND I'M NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO FACE THE SAME TYPE OF COSTUMER SERVICE ISSUES FROM THE RELIANCE DIGITAL BHIMAVARAM (ESPECIALLY WITH THE EXTENDED WARRANTY) Who are ready to FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.I want to get my problem resolved as soon as possible otherwise I have no choice but to go with legal means necessary.I hope you guys won't Spoil my Trust in the Reliance Services.Please look into this matter seriously before everyone lost their trust in Reliance products and Services.
