Reliance Digital — Worst customer service experience with Reliance.

I had problem with my double door whirlpool Refrigerator, The cooling was on less in lower compartment so I called Whirlpool and they denied helping me or even registering my complaint. And they told i have to talk to Reliance Digital as i have purchased the fridge from them. So called Reliance digital and they arranged an engineer who did not knew what to do in this fault, So he then arrange a call for another engineer who came the next day and he did some work on the fridge and after an hour as he left my fridge stopped working completely. So i called Reliance again and now after 2 days they arranged another engineer who came and told its a gas problem so the fridge has stopped working and told to call reliance and get another engineer who will do the gas work. So now this time a third party engineer came and told its a Compressor fault, So he took all the bills and told will arrange a compressor. After 10 days compressor came and then the engineer came after 3 days and he did all the work and told it will be fine, but still it did not work, so after several complaints and call to reliance this time they decided to take the fridge to service center. And then they kept the fridge for 2 weeks and then after several calls and a heated conversation with the manager name : Abraar who was rude and abusive, I spoke to franchise owner who passed me to his boss, Anil singh who assured i will get my fridge back, so after 3 days i got my fridge back and its body was damaged from outside but fridge was working, but it worked only for 3 days then it again had the same problem. So this time i was afraid to reach Reliance and called Whirlpool and requested help with additional cost, they arranged an engineer and who told it was the compressor and will need to replace it and will be charged for compressor and gas and visit charge and gave a quote of RS 7000.00 So i called reliance again and they told not to call Whirlpool and will try to fix this issue and within weeks after again follow up they this time arranged a Whirlpool engineer who has not changed the compressor but has charged to change the gas even when the compressor is in warranty. I am really unhappy for the run around given to me from Whirlpool and Reliance digital and would never ever recommend Reliance Digital and Whirlpool to any one. As i paid 50 k to purchase a fridge and its approx 2 months now still struggling to get this problem rectified. Also i am collecting all the paper work and job sheet from both companies and will file a case with consumer court for the harassment and in appropriate services from both service provider.
