I have complained to ur office no[protected]. On 16 7 2017. So far no body came to rectify the mistake. One person telephoned and told that my house is far away and he cannot come and attend. Every day i am loosing the charges made by u without using ur t v channel. Who is going to replace the loss for me. Today i hve received a msg52811 stating my complaints is resolved. It is utter lie. Even i tel to[protected] there is no response.
I talked to the people on wednes day they said they will send the engineer. But nobody responded. If this is you office attitude u can refund the balance amout to me.. If action is not taken early i have to put in face book about attitude with customer service. I am 78 years old. Hope you will call me on[protected] and resolve the problem early balasubramanian i d no.
