Reliance Energy — drastic increase in electricity bill

Respected sir/madam,
This complaint is regarding high electricity bill from past 3 months i.e for jul18, aug18 and sep18.my account number is[protected]. I used to get a bill between inr1000 to inr1500 but i was shocked to see the bill amount of sep18 which is inr20170.This is terrible.if you see the consumption units its drastically increased from 277 to 1585, there is somthing really wrong . There are only two family members in my house we haven't purchased any appliance from past one yr .everything was on track till jun18, but suddenly there is a huge rise in the bill amount. I really would request you to please look into the issue as 20170 amount is way too high and i cant afford to pay. Please i really need your assistance to sort this issue out as soon as possible.
