Reliance Entertainment (BIG Flix Unit) — Auto Debited of Rs. 249 without Prior Phone Call or Mobile Message

I am a registered user of BIG Flix. I have subscribed it for only 1 Rs. when the said scheme is running. I didn't know about its renewal. Recently Bigflix deducted Rs. 249 from my credit card without my prior consent on call or request via mail. They have just mailed two times and even those mails goes to spam folder. No one checked his/her spam folder. I haven't received any phone call for the same. Even there is no customer care no. on website. Need to depend on mail help. This is really high unprofessional behaviour by a too BIG company even i am also a part of reliance family and they doing this to their family members.
