Sir,
I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh n Reliance Trends, today at 5 pm I went to Reliance Fresh
located in Lloyds Road, Chen nai, while in the process of taking some provisions i was speaking
on my mobile, after speaking i put my mobile in the handbag and your girl staffs accused me of
shop lifting. When i was leaving after buying some items, they called me inside and asked me
to show my hand bag in front of your all the staffs which i did politely and they found no stolen items.

I asked them how can they accused me of stealing Frozen food pocket and they are giving me some vague reply. I also asked them before accusing me they should have checked the inventory. How can they accused a customer without any proof simply one sale girl came and informed them that i have shoplifted. This is the way your staffs are treating the customer
When i was talking to the Manager Incharge the same girl came inside and asking me why did you took
some item from one counter and putting that in some place, you should put that in the same place, she is behaving like a manager there and she is speaking loudly.
My image has spoiled in front of everyone, I want you to take proper action with the staffs otherwide i will go to the consumer court for further action.
