Reliance Fresh — cloth bag / price added

Yesterday i bought some goods from relience fresh and they made me pay rs 14 for cloth bag. I asked the floor manager why should they put bill for the bag since the bag should be free, he told its a rule that the bag should be free but sine they are providing bag with out the name of relience on it, he asked me to pay. He also mentioned the bag with print is out of stock. Its the relience duty to provide free nags for the customers either its a name printed bag or not printed.

Took products with offers as buy 1 get 1 free ( weikfield pasta) and buy 2 get 1 free ( Tata sampann spices) but was charged for all products.
Also was charged 169 RS for one packet of Oreo biscuit 200 GM's.

Now regretting should have opted for big Bazaar. Any way this was the Last dealing with Reliance.
