I had purchased few items from R/F yesterday (08/02/2014) at about 10 a.m. for an amount of Rs. 635.63. I gave the salesperson my Kotak Debit card to the transaction, she swiped the card and asked me to enter the pin number and as it took so long to execute, she tried to cancel the transaction (#[protected] and tried to redo the same transaction, but message of failure transaction came from the bank (#[protected]. Then she asked me to produce another debit card for payment, and I gave her my ICICI Bank Debit card and completed the transaction (Bill No C1688). When I saw my email, I came to know that the first transaction done by Kotak Bank (#[protected] was debited from my account, which I had to pay once again.
