[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — duplicate payment | |||
Hi team, I made a payment from my yesbank card on 30th nov 2017 which was successfully done from my bank but reliance fresh guy told that they didn't receive the money at their end. Hence i made another payment and they assured me that first payment will be refunded back. They asked me to contact my bank and asked to raise a chargeback request. I did the same. Yes bank asked me to fill a dispute form and it took 2 months for the whole process. Now they told me that they had a word with merchant (Reliance fresh) and according to them this was a successful transaction hence they can't refund the money. I request you to kindly check at your end and give my money back. Transaction done - 608.58 rupees. It was done twice. 1. First one from yes bank which you guys claimed as unsuccessful. Apr 5, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Best customer service I have experienced. Received a call from them and their relationship manager assured me to get it resolved. Although they took time but at the end it's resolved. I am pretty satisfied. :) Reliance Fresh customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
