Dear Sir / Madam, Very humbly this is to state that i've been shopping with reliance fresh since its inception in Udaipur at Sector 3 Hiran Magri. I am very thankful to all the employees & founder owners of the company for the way it has been planned for the benefit of the customer. It serves the best groceries available in the most fresh and systematic manner. THANK YOU ONE AND ALL.
Sir I would further like to state that no-a-days the services and the behavior of the employees is on decline and the manager too gives very irresponsible replies. I believe it is tarnishing the image of your esteemed brand. I was very disappointed with the way some of the products are kept. Also since this store is mostly out of stock of the most desired products I had shifted to Reliance Mart at Lakecity Mall but there too the Manager & the employees seem to behave very irresponsibly and I can feel they are involved in some sidey business of selling most of the desired & discounted products to the Kirana shop owners before the customers can get its benefit.
