Reliance Fresh — Extremely poor customer care and attitude towards customers | |
I am a very regular buyer at reliance fresh branches in Bhubaneshwar and following are my negative experiences:
1. I lost my card and when I mentioned it in the counter the lady at the counter said, there was nothing I could do. But just after I paid and came out of the counter, i was told I could get a new card and transfer my balance from the old card to the new.
2. Last week I went to purchase a bread toaster and when I asked the salesperson to get it checked I was sent to the admin office. The manager there said it should be tested and asked one of his staff to do it and finally the staff refused to test it. So, of course i retunred without buying it.
3. Often the vegetables and fruits for sale are old, shrivelled, dry, and extremely poor quality
4. Yesterday, I went to the admin office of the largest outlet near the railway station and asked for the phone number of Reliance trends in Bhubaneshwar and I was told they didn't know the number
5. Often one has to go around looking for staff to weigh the veggies and fruits purchased because most of the times there's no bady at the weighing stations
6. The hindi/oriya movie songs played in some of the outlets are just too loud and customers conversations cant be heard properly
I wonder whether the supposedly "world class" reliance industries really want to do business with any sense or semblance of quality or want to just run another business! Was this information helpful? | |
