[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — misbehavior n non cooperation to find the lost mobile near the counter | |||
we had been to the reliance fresh outlet located in sahidnagar, bhubaneswar on 2nd june, monday at around 9-9.30 pm and purchased various items around for Rs 3309 vide debit card payment(Hdfc). but as we left the shop, we were shocked to find that my mobile phone(sky blue colour cover) of sony Xperia-violet (brand new-8days back bought) was missing and we doubted that it got slipped from my hand near the payment counter or nearby area of the shop. thereafter we contacted them from the next day onwards again and again till today as the incharge persons promised to make us see the clippings of cctv camera of that day. however till now they r avoiding to show it and asking us to come on the next day whenever we r approaching them. we r surprised to find the change in their intention and indifference behaviour and non cooperation in helping us find my lost mobile. we ve the idea that the mobile has fallen in the store itself.we ve become too upset by their misbehavior even if we ve been their oldest customers.that day we entered all the payment in the reliance one card no:[protected] in the name vijayalakshmi prusty. please help in this matter. #[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
