Reliance Fresh — No refund even after 3 months, highly disappointing | |||
I had made a purchase of rs.1010 in that due to visa offer it transacted as 913 rupees, from reliance fresh store, vivekanandnagar, kukatpally hyderabad. When my card was swiped first time the pos machine stopped after entering pin number and didn't give the bill. The reliance person said if dill didn't come means you wont get charge, then they did swipe second time. But amount was debited from my account both the times. On enquiring with the employees said that the amount will get credited soon. Its been over 3 months and no status from the reliance fresh end. The manager who is in-charge of evening time not at all responsible about the customer problem, every time says i will update you in half an hour or tomorrow like that its been 3 months now no refund to my account. Its highly disappointing for regular customers like us. I request to take it seriously and please refund rs.913 asap back to my account. I used indusind bank visa debit card, purchased on 26th march 2017. Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought 8 packets milk at 8:15pm when i about to boiled the milk it turned into curd... This I bought for breakfast seva to serve the little school children now what to do???? What those children will have tomorrow... 8packets milk are not a joke
