Reliance Fresh — refund for transaction id[protected]

Hello there,

I did shopping at reliance fresh, phase 5, mohali on 17 july 2019 at 8:24 pm of rs - 549.17. While checkout, i made payment through google pay and the amount 549.17 got debited from my account but was not got credited to reliance fresh (As per the information delivered by reliance guy). So i did cash payment of 549.17.

After waiting 7 working days, i noticed that the amount which got debited has not been credited to my account, so i contacted google pay as well as my bank provider and as per there information/record the amount got into reliance fresh account on 19th july, which means that you guys have been paid twice.

I really don't know, how i should react as a customer because it been more than 3 months and i'm still waiting for someone to tell me that, where my money is and when i can expect a refund of the same.

Moreover, whenever i write an email, in return i get a call from a person works at the reliance store and they all use to ask me the same question again and again. Still, i always preferred to answer the same thing very patiently, by keeping in my mind that this person will resolve my issue. But, all do the same thing just after disconnecting the call and that is - they just copy and paste the email with a different complaint number and after that no one call or revert back me on the same email.

Please tell me where should i go and discuss this matter? At the beginning of all calls i get from reliance, you guys mention that the call will be recorded for quality purpose, then where is the quality gone now? Please let me know, why don't you guys go and listen to my call logs and resolve my matter.

I am really really pissed off now!! I can't wait for anyone or explain the same issue to different people from the same store.
