Reliance Fresh — regarding debit of bill amount twice from atm card

I had purchased food items amounting to Rs. 314.10 on dated 15.10.2018 from Reliance Fresh Shop, Sector-16, Panchkula and paid the bill amount from my Yes Bank ATM Card. The amount Rs. 314.10 is deducted twice from my account. I brought this to the knowledge of Strore Manager on the same day 15.10.2018.
1. An amount of INR 314.10 debited to AC [protected] (Yes Bank)on 15.10.2018 time 08:27:48 on account of PCA [protected] Reliance Panchkula.

2. An amount of INR 314.10 debited to AC [protected] (Yes bank) on 15.10.2018 time 08:28:278 on account of PCA [protected] Reliance Panchkula.

It is again reported that till today 05.11.2018 I have not received Rs. 314.10 deducted twice from my account. Kindly reverse an amount of Rs. 314.10 debitted from my account without any further delay.
