Today morning i had a very bad experience in Reliance Fresh (BTM Layout) store, when i was billing in cash counter one o[censored]r staff by name Sallauddin
(asst store manager) behaved very rudely with me & insisting the
cashier not to give the offer product to me & telling me will not
give the offer product, hence his behaviour is very bad & the way
of speaking to customers is like a rowdy, he was telling will not give
product what ever u want you do. Since i
asked politely to give offer product but he is not even courtesy to
speak with me, the question is if he is not giving the offer product
than why he had put the communication chart about the offer. Than he don`t have the common sense how to behave with the customer, is this the way you give the service, becouse of this rude behaviour of such staffs, we will not turn back in the future to your store & i feel very bad experience With Reliance company, i Hope u will take immediate action of such staffs. Being a Asst store manger he is not even know the basic things like how to behave with customer is very shame full for ur organisation. Was this information helpful? |
