Reliance Fresh — Waiting for the task to be started

Hi there,
There is definitely something really crazy going on with some of the officials belongs to the Reliance Fresh management team, not only the team on the ground (each specific store) but also the customer grievance department which was unable to act seriously upon customers complaints.
More likely this will be my fourth complaint highlighting intense manipulations, misbehaviour and product scams/frauds happening with the customers at store specific levels that can be easily understood by the respective scenarios for each below :
Manipulations - It is fairly observable to see unawareness regarding the right/correct information, employee to employee information variations and manipulations of information shared to the customers at times by the store officials.

Misbehaviour - Sadly nowadays one can also find a number of incidents rising trajickly of victimizing customers within an abusive/ bad/ misconducts by the Reliance fresh employees.

Scams/Frauds (product schemes) - This is something very common and most happening incidents from years now where the Reliance fresh store officials can be caught in shaping scams/frauds with customers at the product level, especially for the products in schemes by the Reliance at National, State or Store level, where the store level schemes have been most prune in terms of communicating the real information to the customers., which also underlines some of the possible scenarios as below :

Store officials got special approval to run some schemes in store for customers but strangely the schemes never reached to the customers, which can be of many possible-specific reasons but some of the personally observed incidents are highlighted below:The store officials store the entire or a large part of the marked down article at an invisible location to the customers for their own purchasing at later (after excessive markdown)Tagging and marking down the article at almost store closing time to get maximum purchases by themselves (in-store employees) than the customers.A difference in the marked down price for the customers and store employees purchasing the same product article.
(these schemes may include day to day schemes, special occasion schemes but the most prune are the markdown schemes on articles), highlighting the lack of transparency in sharing the truthful/correct information flow to the customers.These are some of the most pertaining observations I've been personally witnessing and victimized of from years now and again as per one of the loyal customers to the Reliance fresh it always definitely hurt to observe these incidents but more absurd thing is that even after a number of feedbacks/complaints, there aren't any improvements, which definitely make me asks these questions many times that :If the Reliance group isn't any more interested in taking care of the threatening incidents to the Brand?If the Reliance group isn't any more interested in the customer relationship, management and rapport building?If the Reliance group isn't interested at all to the complaints lodged by the customers?
