Reliance GSM Network — network down

Reliance network has been down since 29/10/17 and it is showing "emergency calls only". I am not being able to call or use internet services. My net balance is getting wasted and i am suffering problem. From two days it has been causing me inconvenience. Kindly look into the matter seriously as it is causing problems to many of your customers including me.
