[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Network — Network problem in Kharagpur

Sir,
I have recently purchased a Reliance GSM prepaid sim kit,the number is [protected].But after purchasing the sim,I am facing a huge problem.The problem is whenever I used to be in my room,the network became nil,but in that place airtel,vodafone or other mobile networks show full tower,I don't know what is the problem.I am in Kharagpur, a reputed town,although I have to face this kind of nonsense problem.I inform the matter quite several times to customer care and all times the customer care executives are giving me false assurance by saying that the problem will be solved within 3 days.They also gave me complaints id.And the situation remains to be unchanged.I am critically harassed,dont know what to do.I have to switch to airtel or vodafone?Will this be a right thing for Reliance?
I will be highly obliged if they take necessary step to prevent my problem,not only me,almost all inhabitant of Kharagpur will be benefited.
