[Resolved] Reliance GSM Network — AUTO DETECT AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT | |||
Dear Sir, I am using Reliance GSM SIM card from past 6 months and my number is [protected]. Automatically some of the amount detect from my account without my intimation on few times.ex., 30 rupees detected on July 22nd 2010 for Mantra and 10 rupees detected for Love Alert Messages. I did not request to activate all these program and its activated automatically and detected amount. If i call to the customer care, they are telling that i only requested. If i only requested, then why i want tell to them for de-acticate ? This is happened for 2 nd time. Previously 30 rupees detected for caller tune on last month. even i had the same problem, but now its bit resolved. but m not at all satisfied towards it.
Reliance[ GSM SIM ] — Company Detected 30 Rupees in my Account Balance
Company Detected 30 Rupees in my Account Balance on Date 17dec 09 at mid night behalf of company Radio service but icant subscribe this service company has deducted the 30 rupees from my balance of no. [protected], dated 25.12.2009.. and i called at call centre and have been told that due to voice chat service, , balance was deducted..so first i didnt activated the service.. and now i m not getting the way how to deactivate the service.. i hav been told the way to call at voice chat no, but there is no way to stop the service.. and i hv filed the complaint against the service but getting no proper responce..
Reliance GSM — Detection of amount without activation
I Recharged 110 on 7th march 2011 on my Relience GSM Services. They activated Cricket SMS and deducted Rs 50 by themself. I did not activate the cricket sms services. When i called customer care they say nothing can be done.Reliance — Network Problem in city
reliance network is not coming in the area vv nagar chaitanyapuri dilsuknagaram complained to Reliance customer care but there is no response to solve the network problem

Reliance GSM Network — frequent deduction of rs 30/- for service which is not funded by me
Dear sir/madami am ex chief petty office indian navy and residing at ambernath ,thane, mumbai for my children education at KV ambernath.
i am holding reliance gsm shim no [protected] from vishapatnam and presently i am at kakinada (A. P.) for 45 days since 18 dec 2011.
20th dec 2011 onwards Rs. 30/- keep on deducting some times twice in a day or some times alternate day. after calling them the are refunding the because any i have not been requested any service for which they have been deducted. today morning also same thing happened.
i have been contacted mr jeetu , mr gaurav , mr rahul, bipin ( these personnel up to 24 dec 2011) , today i have contacted mr vijay for refund.
it is requested that necessary action be taken to permanent stoppage of deduction in future to avoid unnecessary disturbance. .
