network down

Reliance network has been down since 29/10/17 and it is showing "emergency calls only". I am not being able to call or use internet services. My net balance is getting wasted and i am suffering problem. From two days it has been causing me inconvenience. Kindly look into the matter seriously as it is causing problems to many of your customers including me....

Without my activation, amount charged for value added services

My balance has been reduced. I don't know why the amount has been reduced so . I called customer care they said amount has charged for value added services activated before 3 days. I didn't activate any pack and I didn't get any confirmation message also. I asked without my activation how can you activate value added services so I asked to refund balance but they not refunded...

GENERATOR OFF NETWORK GONE
