[Resolved] Reliance GSM Network — NON ACTIVATION OF SIM | |||
I AM A CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE GSM NETWORK SINCE 8 YEARS. MY NO. IS [protected]. I WAS RECHARGED FOR RS.110/-. RECHARGE WAS NOT RECEIVED. BUT THE AGENT HAD COLLECTED THE MONEY AS HE RECEIVED TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL MESSAGE. AFTER THE SIGNAL NETWORK SERVICES WAS STOPPED. I WENT TO RELIANCE WEB WORLD TO FIND OUT AND KNOW WHY THEY STOPPED THE SERVICES. THEY ASK TO SUBMIT A FRESH ID DETAILS. THEN I SUBMIT MY ID DETAILS WITH A SUM OF RS.100/- FOR ACTIVATION AND THEY TAKEN BACK MY OLD SIM AND ISSUED NEW SIM ON SAME NO. BUT TILL DATE EVEN AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS THEY FAILED TO ACTIVATE THE SAME. THE SIM NO. IS[protected]. PLEASE EXAMINE AND RECTIFY MY PROBLEM AS AN EARLY DATE. im using Reliance GSM number, daily they deducting 5rs from my no, i called to customer service but they didnt give proper response, and they told they de-activate some service pack even though i didnt activate anytg.Poor Networking, Customer Service, taking amount without any Notification.
