[Resolved] Reliance GSM Network — worst connectivity | |||
Sir , I am Abhishek Kumar pandey, I am reliance GSM sim user, they provided the offer of night calling pack rim to rim free on recharge of 59 ,I have been recharged this tariff on my number [protected] , but It,s impossible that any call connect in this period 23 pm to 6 am...I feel that I am cheated by this rim service provider,I have been told them many times regarding to this topic...But they haven't taken any action on it... Reasons are:-
1) Worst connectivity. I stay at Nashik and National Highway 3 and IT park are just approx 1Km away from my house then also no network.
2) When I dial *333 or 198 then call disconnect (I don't know why?). & If luckily call connects then I have to disconnects it because (No network).
3) Help care service of Reliance is useless. This people do not has any manners to talk with customers.
4) Money on my account get reduced with any useless pack which I has been not activated.
5) GPRS of Reliance take long time to Response.
6) Msg service is Poor.
7) The recharge voucher are available in few mobile shops.
BUT
Thanks to Mobile portability. Government of India has done a great job to launch Mobile portability. My all problem are solved. My SIM operator is now changed to airtel. It gives good service around India except Jammu(SIM does not work at Jammu).
This is not my complaint but It is for those people who want to switch to Reliance GSM. People do many mistake in their life but do not do this one.
