Reliance Industries — Defective mobile instrument of LYF | |||
I had purchased a LYF mobile instrument vide bill no.F9008KAR[protected] dated 25.02.2017 from Reliance Retail Ltd online and the retail invoice is from Tumkur Karnataka. Since the date of purchase I have visited the Jio service center situated at Reliance digital store Juhu Mumbai 7 times and met Mr.Akshay in regards to the problem but after each visit the problem of software, phone hangs, goes on safe mode automatically, phone does not ring and shows no missed call if any person has called etc persists.
