Reliance Industries Limited — refunds for the security deposit | |||||
My name is Clyde Dcruz and i had given my porting request from airtel postpaid no to Jio postpaid connection on August 2nd 2018 at jio store at chakala andheri east and i had payed the security deposit around 349 which got rejected because 90 days was not completed. Thereafter i again gave a porting request from a different agent after completion of 90 days and again i payed rs 349 which got approved and i am using the number. So now the amount which i payed earlier which got rejected, till now i dint received it. They told me that it will be refunded within 45 days...so i waited for 45 days then after they told me to write a email at [protected]@jio.com, so they told me that it will be refunded within 60 days by cheque...so i waited for 80 days till now i dint receive it in my account. So today i visited the same Jio store where i had a word with the manager Anil and now again he is saying that it will take more 60 days for the amount to be refunded. This is the mobile no of the store guy: Ashutosh [protected] I am so frustrated with these people as they just giving false promise and not valuing the customers i almost waited for 80 days, which is too long and by the way no where on the jio website it is mentioned that the refunds policy takes 60 days. They are just fooling and cheating the customers which is shame on Reliance.
