Reliance Industries — non allotment of right issue share though applied timely -!!!

Dear sir,

I niranjan oza is share holder of reliance industries since long. I am having 200 shares. My dp id & client id are - dp - in303052 - cl[protected].

I have applied for 50 shares of reliance right share on[protected] through vijya bank - sargasan branch (Now it is merged in bank of baroda) gandhinagar, gujarat - account nos.- [protected].

Till date no intimation received by me from my banker of deducting money for right share allotment payment. Share first payment amount rs. 15713/- also unblocked by my bank.

Kindly inform me why right share not allotted to me?
