Reliance Industries — non issuance of the reliance re shares

I was entitled for the reliance rights issue and accordingly the company has allotted 12 shares and the same was appearing in my demat account. I applied for the reliance issue as per the procedure given. My bank account debited rs. 4085.25 in favor of the reliance rights issue. On 11 june 2020.
On placing the order i have received the following transaction details.

Your ipo application number is [protected] and transaction number is [protected].

Till today my demat account is not showing the allotment.
