Reliance Industries — short packing in surf excel matic | |||||
I have been a regular customer of reliance retail store at sector 13 dwarka new delhi. On the basis of trust we become customers of reliance stores. However i found that a surf excel matic liquid detergent showing the net content of 1.02 ltr was found almost 1/3 empty and on weighing it turned out to be just 800 gms that is roughly 800 ml. I have been trying to contact reliance customer care but has failed to do so in spite of my efforts. Can this be resolved and loss to customers be prevented. Was this information helpful? | |||||
