Same issue no activation of sim.Even customer care number not able to activate it .
Pls activate my sim it is fourth day otherwise please return my money and take back your lyf phone and Jio sim

I am facing another method of cheating by Jio,
I made a payment of 399 on 21st July through UPI and money was transferred to their account [protected]@icici but did not recharge my sim then I made another payment of 399 through Payton and my sim was charged, since then I have written many mails and spoke to their service representative but they keep on repeating that payment was declined, then I sent them certificate from ICiCI bank saying that payment has been credited to their account but they are neither refunding the money nor accepting the fact that it has been credited to their account.
It's scam I believe.

jio is cheater not providing 1GB data as they commit to customers after turning on data in just 10 min m getting message as i have consumed my 1GB data per day limit

I'e already complained to customer support and registered a complaint here as well.

I just bought[protected] a new Redmi note5 phone.. I activated jio sim with 198... I am entitled to get double data offer voucher according to their website...it's been a week .. I contacted their customer service 3 times ...they say they added data voucher... when I checked their. Is none
