Reliance Jio Infocomm — about my recharge | |||||
Amount deducted from bank but not credited Yesterday i tried recharging for jio service mobile number : [protected] for rs 459. In the payment option, i chose upi as a payment means and entered my upi id and i was able to successfully transfer the amount as well. The reference of payment made is as below 17 nov 2017 upi-#[protected]@icici-#-collect-pay-request # However upon completing the payment, i got an error screen informing me failure and the amount was not credited to the account nor did i get the money reversed into my hdfc bank. I am very upset from the jio services. No customer value. They making fool the people. Nonsense people are working in the jio customer care. They lei to customers. There is no flexibility. I am trying to call them last two days no body is responding. I simply recharge my number myself and it was not reflected in my jio account and i call costumer care. And they told me last moment that i did it now. U recharge billing account and i ask them kindly make it in recharging mode. First they refused and then last moment they accepted and told me i did it and it will take two days to reflect in ir account but still it has not come to account yet almost five days has gone. And i got disconnected my jio services. What is this nonsense. Can any body call me or text and make my problem solve.
