Reliance Jio Infocomm — amount accepted but service not yet started | |||
We have paid rs.99 by selecting plan from mobikwik app on 1st august 2019 for unlimitted calling plan of 28 days to jio mobile no [protected]. Dombivli west jio gallery informed that, no such recharge done for mobile no [protected]. They have acknowledged receipt of rs.99, but denied to refund or activate unlimitted plan. They said there is no such plan available in rs.99. As per their advise, we have paid cash of rs.98 at dombivli west gallery and activated calling service. We have called and send our gievience to jio customer care, at first they refused to accept for such payment of rs.99 received by way of mobikwik, later on accepted after submission of payment success message of mobikwik. Till date nor i received back rs.99 neither activated unlimitted calling plan of 28 days. Was this information helpful? | |||

Due to clearical mistake i transfer rs 1, 00, 000.00 in UPI ID [protected]@citibank vide transcation ID S50065503 upi reference no[protected] through my paytm saving account no[protected] ifsc code pytm0123456 on 18/09/2019 at 09.30PM Request check and refund my amount of rs 1, 00, 000.00 to my saving PAYTM BANK AT THE EARLIEST PLEASE

When my mobile switchoff that time am not geeting the messages from other network.am already contact customercare but they tell no trouble.am getting messages from only jio customers in switchoffed while they calling..so solve this problem..
