[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio recharge done, money also deducted but offer not activated

Hi,
I had recharged my jio mobile number on 29-mar-2020 with the "work from home" pack costing rs. 251 inr. The amount was also deducted from the bank but the offer was not activated nor was it reflected in the "my plans" section or "recharge history".
I didn't get the recharge success message on my phone. Please help.
