I am taken jio sim with aadhar card, pan card & 2copy photo for my redmi2 prime phone 28th aug 2016 number-[protected] from reliance digital Address: satyam tower, near bp poddar institute, opp. Haldiram vip road, kaikhali, kolkata, west bengal 700052 but still now its not active so look this matter & do needfull.
