Reliance Jio Infocomm — money was deducted from my account but recharge not done | |||
I have done a recharge for rs 49 to my no. Throgh my jio app, the money was paid through bill desk to [protected]@icici. My transaction id is ici6ee228941a8144b987efelda4ble7ff. The recharge was not done. Now bank is saying money is transferred and jio customer care says they have not received money and may be bank has returned your money. I dont know what to do now. It has been two days and my mobile data is still not working and my balance is not reflected on jio wallet (beta).
Please fix the problem.
498 is noy a small sum and i will have to ask for refund if my problem is not fixed.
