Reliance Jio Infocomm — recharge successful but payment not received to jio | |||
I did a recharge of rupees 448 (498 recharge 50 rupees jio coupon) on 15th september 2019, at 11:32 pm through google pay via paytm payments bank the recharge was successful but the jio customer executive said that they have not received the payment they said me to wait for 24 hours i waited for 24 hours but after that they said me to wait for 10 business days after 10 business days also i did not get my refund neither my recharge back i complain to jio customer executive they did not help me and just say that it is the problem of the respective bank or the wallet. I also contacted my respective bank and my wallet but this is that they have successfully transfer the amount and there is no issue there was so scared me the payment receipt showing that successful transaction. Till date i have not received my amount neither my recharge i will be very helpful if you kindly look into this matter and help me to get my money back on my recharge as soon as possible Thank you.
