Reliance Jio Infocomm — sim card yet to activated even after 2 days | |||
I applied for a duplicate of My Reliance Sim card ( [protected] ) on Friday, 20th JUly 2018 and I was told by the JIo Gallery guy that it will be activated within 4 hours. Today, even after 48 years it is yet to activated. Whenever I contact the Jio Gallery guy at Colaba, he simply says it is server problem at Reliance Infocomm. How long can a server be down ? for two days ? My alternate number which is VOdafone, [protected] has been getting messages from JIo that the Jio number ([protected]) will be activated shortly. But nothing is happening. I am only getting a display, "'No Service''. Reliance JIo is really terrible...WHy this indifference, I dont understand.
